Movement and movement variability(directional, duration, resistance, or all three). Throughout life this what our body relies upon for daily tasks, sports & recreation. Progression and regression at key times is what helps us work towards our goals and succeed.
Group & Personal Training
Groups are done either in open class schedules with generalized functional movements, or as private groups and programmed for specific outcomes.
Private one-on-one, comes with an individualized program to reach your goals and secondly, create a self-reliance/know-how to progress to group training and still achieve your goals.
Sessions will use body weight and external resistance(equipment) to better Cardio, Strength, Endurance & Flexibility.

In person sessions will take place at 210 SE Madison for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Please make sure to have eaten within 1-2 hours before hand and bring water.
PRIOR TO ANY WORK-OUT:
New Client Questionnaire, PAR-Q, Liability Waiver, and if needed Medical Release forms need to be filled out. These will inform me of past/current injuries as well as what your goals are, and should we need to get medical approval before you starting. They are also legally required for me to obtain, as I am a certified and insured trainer. The New Client Questionnaire can be turned in via email or in person, however the Waivers, and PAR-Q do require a physical copy. All must be completed before we work together.
Additionally, hikes/runs/walks may be scheduled as group events and will be free of cost (other than what you personally might need to bring along). This is important to me, and I hope to you, because I believe in promoting community, and community health.
